The Havana Industrial Park covers 48 acres at 943 E Laurel Avenue with rail access, TIF support and flexible lot sizes. A new building there can be laid out around storage from the start.
US-136 and Illinois Routes 78 and 97 serve the town, so truck access runs in several directions.

If you plan to grow, we leave room for rack rows to extend through a future addition.
Rail access in the park can bring in bulk inputs, so a receiving zone at the rail door belongs in the plan.
